I got lazy and ended up with less painted figs than I originally planned. This is still more than required for ToEG. If taken from individual swarms these 24 raveners count for 800pts. (4x 200pts for 6 raveners)

First patch of raveners are ready. I was planning on painting 30 of these and 9 trygons in this month. Gotta raise my pace a bit or this month runs out before figs are ready.

Tale of Epic Gamer 2010, part 2

Month has passed and I have been busy. Well not painting tyranids, but busy anyways. I have painted few Warhammer figures, cleaned our house and prepared my graduation party, done this and dat. Well I did paint few tyranids, but not as much as I wanted to.

First figs are here and form non-symmetrical force of 1275pts.
3x Harridan, 175pts each.
5x Biovores (4), 150pts per set.

Tale of Epic Gamer 2010, part 1

I got into this after promising, that I could paint Tyranids army this autumn. I have quite a pile of those figs but luckily ToEG rules expect that gamer paints only 500pts worth of toys each month. I wont make up my armylist yet, because I have other projects going hot and I dont know how much time I will have before end of month. One thing I still promise and that is that I will paint tyranids worth of 500pts or more in august.

Figs are in various stages. Some needs to be stripped, some are allready cleaned and wait basing and undercoating.
